This practice option runs every Monday night, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Monthly cost for the beginner program is $75.
This option is ideal for those new to wrestling and are excited to try it out.

This practice option, in addition to Monday practice, adds two more days a week - Wednesday and Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The Monthly cost for the intermediate program is $150.
